Introducing Kathryn

Kathryn's journey to health and wellness has been shaped by personal challenges that many can relate to. From a young age, she faced a variety of health issues that, at the time, she didn't fully understand. It all started when she was 14, and found herself taking antibiotics for four years, simply to treat acne. Little did she know then that this would have a lasting impact on her health, destroying my microbiome and setting the stage for years of struggles.
